2016 GP BJJ Championships

The Grand Prix Grappling Houston Grappling Championships will be held on August 6th at the University of Houston campus recreation and wellness center. There will be divisions for gi and no gi bjj and submission grappling.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

As with every Grand Prix bjj tournament, there will be divisions for all ages, genders, and levels of ability.

We are currently offering the following registration specials for all bjj competitors:

Free T-shirt w/2 divisions till July 25th

$40 early registration till July 31st

$50 late registration till August 5th

All of our Gi division follow the IBJJF rule set except for the following:

You do NOT have to weigh in with your gi on.

You are free to wear any Gi you would like (any color or design) as long as it is clean, free of defects (holes) and does not offer any type of unfair advantage.

If you are competing in a division above yours (brown belt in a black belt division) you will compete under the rules of the higher division.
